Vertical Decisions was established to strengthen decision-making quality before binding choices are made in road and rail projects.
The work is based on experience from processes where early decisions about participation, level of ambition, organization and risk profile have had direct consequences for project economics, feasibility and resource use.
The purpose is to contribute to more correct priorities – and more precise offers that can actually be implemented.
With over 15 years of experience from tender and project work within transportation and infrastructure, Victor combines strategic assessment with operational experience from concrete tender management, structuring and quality assurance.
The experience includes work related to projects and framework agreements for, among others, Bane NOR, the Norwegian Public Roads Administration, Nye Veier, the Norwegian Railway Directorate and the Municipality of Oslo, as well as collaboration with contracting and consulting environments in complex competitions.
Contributions have included both strategic decision support and operational structuring of offers with a total contract value in the billions.

Vertical Decisions is established in Norway and works with road and rail projects in Norway and Europe.
Professional reflections on tender strategy, decision quality and implementation risk are published continuously on LinkedIn.
Good quality of service is primarily about setting the right priorities.
A competitive offer must be feasible for the organization that will deliver the project.
Early-stage choices must withstand the consequences of implementation.
Vertical Decisions collaborates with businesses that want a clearer and more realistic decision-making basis before making binding choices. If you would like to clarify the relevance for your organization or a specific project, please contact us for a non-binding conversation.
